Click Counter
Count anything with no timer and no limit — click, tap, or press Space to add, subtract to fix a miscount, and the total is saved in your browser.
The count is stored in your browser after every click — reload or close the tab and it is still there. Only Reset clears it.
Tallying in fives or tens? Set the step and every click adds that much.
Clicked one too many? Press − or Backspace to take the step back off. The count can go below zero.
A click counter is the digital version of the handheld tally counter a doorman thumbs at a gate. Use it for anything you count one event at a time: event attendance, gym reps, pool laps, birds at a feeder, inventory going into boxes, or how many times a speaker says "um". Nothing to install and no account — the page runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Every click or tap on the pad adds the current step — set it to 5 or 10 to tally in batches. With the pad focused you can count without looking at the screen: Space, Enter, or + adds a step, and − or Backspace takes one back. Every change is written to your browser’s local storage, so a reload picks up exactly where you stopped — only Reset clears it.
Counter or click speed test?
This page is a counter, not a stopwatch: it never times you and never stops, so it measures how many, not how fast. For a score — clicks per second in a fixed window, with a rank at the end — you want a CPS test instead.
Every way to change the count
| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| Click or tap the pad | Adds the current step |
| Space, Enter, or + (pad focused) | Adds a step from the keyboard |
| − or Backspace (pad focused) | Subtracts a step — undo an accidental click |
| − / + buttons | Nudge the count one step at a time |
| Count by 1 / 5 / 10 | Sets how much every click adds |
| Reset | Zeroes the count and clears the saved copy |
